$200 referral bonus is given to the person who referred the employee after the referred employee works for 36 hours. If the person has been referred by someone else, the referral is void. In addition, you must submit the referral before the candidate starts. Once the candidate has started, the referral bonus will be paid via BHN rewards, where you can choose from a wide variety of gift cards, among them, a Mastercard giftcard. Please note that this income is taxable and you will receive a W2 or 1099 Form at the end of the year. The Referral Bonus is increased for the following positions.
